1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the eile platform (website at eile.app and the eile mobile application), operated by:

By using eile, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. 2. Definitions
- Platform – the eile website (eile.app) and the eile mobile application.
- Service Provider – a registered user who offers appointment-based services through eile.
- Staff Member – a person invited by a Service Provider to use the platform as part of their team, with access to assigned schedules, bookings, and client information.
- Customer – a person who books an appointment through the eile platform.
- Booking – an appointment reservation made by a Customer for a service offered by a Service Provider.
- Subscription – a paid plan that grants access to the full features of the eile mobile application.
- We/Us – MB Programų sprendimai, the operator of the eile platform.
3. Description of Service
eile is a booking and salon management platform that enables Service Providers to:
- Create a public booking page accessible at eile.app/username
- Manage appointments, clients, staff, and services
- Receive notifications about new bookings
- Track revenue, expenses, and business performance
- Invite and manage Staff Members
- Upload photos and maintain a gallery
Customers can use the platform to:
- Browse available services offered by Service Providers
- Book appointments online
- Provide their contact details for appointment confirmation
- Receive SMS notifications about booking changes
eile acts solely as a technology platform connecting Customers with Service Providers. We are not a party to the service agreement between Customers and Service Providers.
4. User Accounts
Service Providers:
- Must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
- Must ensure that their service descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate and up to date.
- May authenticate using email, phone number, or Apple Sign-In.
Staff Members:
- Are invited by Service Providers and must verify their identity (including phone number) to activate their account.
- Have access to the data and functionality assigned to them by the Service Provider.
- Must not share their account credentials with others.
Customers:
- Must provide accurate contact information when making a booking.
- Are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number and other details provided.
5. Bookings and Appointments
- A Booking is created when a Customer completes the booking form on a Service Provider's page.
- The Service Provider is responsible for confirming, rescheduling, or cancelling bookings.
- eile does not guarantee the availability of any service or time slot.
- Cancellation policies are determined by individual Service Providers.
- eile is not responsible for disputes between Customers and Service Providers regarding services, quality, pricing, or cancellations.
6. SMS Communications
By making a booking through the eile platform, the Customer consents to receiving SMS messages related to that booking, including:
- Booking confirmations
- Cancellation notifications
- Rescheduling notifications
SMS messages are sent on behalf of the Service Provider via a third-party provider (Twilio). Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply. eile does not use SMS for marketing purposes.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Free trial:
- New Service Provider accounts include a 30-day free trial with access to all features.
- No payment information is required to start the trial.
Paid subscriptions:
- After the trial period, continued access to the full features of the eile mobile application requires an active subscription.
- Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are managed by the respective app store.
- Billing, renewal, and cancellation of subscriptions are governed by the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
- Subscription payments are processed by the app stores. eile does not directly collect or store payment card information.
- eile does not charge any commission on bookings made through the platform.
Refunds:
- Refund requests for subscriptions should be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their respective refund policies.
Discount codes:
- eile may offer promotional discount codes that extend trial periods. Codes are single-use, subject to availability, and may have expiration dates.
8. User Content
Service Providers may upload content to the platform, including profile photos, service images, and gallery photos ("User Content").
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- By uploading User Content, you grant eile a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce the content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and making your public booking page accessible.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with applicable laws.
- eile reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Service Provider Obligations
Service Providers agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and data protection laws.
- Handle Customer personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
- Provide services as described on their booking page.
- Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Ensure that Staff Members they invite are authorized to access the data made available to them.
10. Customer Obligations
Customers agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information when booking.
- Attend booked appointments or cancel in a timely manner according to the Service Provider's policy.
- Not misuse the platform by making fake bookings or providing false information.
- Treat Service Providers and their staff with respect.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software of the eile platform are the property of MB Programų sprendimai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
- Use the eile name, logo, or branding for unauthorized purposes.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- eile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Service Providers.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
- We are not responsible for the delivery or content of SMS messages sent via third-party providers.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) for using the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
- Service Providers may delete their account at any time, which will remove their public booking page, all associated data, Staff Member links, and uploaded content.
- Active subscriptions are not automatically refunded upon account deletion. Cancellation of the subscription through the app store is the responsibility of the user.
- Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive will remain in effect.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
